    4 firm apples (such as Rome), cored

    1/4 cup raisins

    4 tablespoons brown sugar

    2 ounces butter

    1 teaspoon cinnamon


    Recipe



    1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

    2. Mix together the raisins, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Stuff 1/4 of the mixture into each apple.

    3. Wrap in aluminum foil. Place on a cookie sheet (stuffing side up) and bake for one hour. Serve these delicious apples with ice cream.
