Prepare a fruit platter of your choice such as: Orange slices, pineapple slices, banana slices, kiwi slices, papaya or mango slices.
Ingredients For the Dip:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup canned crushed pineapple (slightly drained)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Recipe
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Chill for 2 hours and serve with the fruit platter.
To serve:
Place the sliced fruits on a platter and place the coconut dip in the middle for dipping or top the dip on fruit. Serve with store bought cookies (optional).
