Layer the prunes, peaches and raisins into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. 2. Combine the orange juice, marmalade and ginger. Pour over the fruit. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted coconut or spoon fruit into individual dishes and sprinkle each with coconut. Serves 18 to 20
