    6 gingersnaps, crushed

    1-1/2 teaspoons sugar

    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    6 canned peach halves

    3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

    6 scoops vanilla ice cream

    Recipe



    1. Combine gingersnap crumbs, sugar and cinnamon.

    2. Place peach halves in a 2-quart casserole. Fill each peach cavity with crumb mixture; drizzle with butter.

    3. Bake at 400° F. for 8 minutes or until peaches are thoroughly heated.

    4. Serve in dessert bowls; top servings with ice cream.

    Serves 6
