Slice beef into very thin strips. Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate. 2. Add soup, soy and sugar. Heat to a boil. Add vegetables. Cover and cook over medium heat 5 min. or until tender-crisp. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
