Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Combine the first six ingredients with 1/2 can of tomato sauce; mix well. Form into a loaf and put in a 10 x 6 x 1-1/2 inch baking pan. 3. Combine the remaining tomato sauce with the remaining ingredients; pour over loaf. 4. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
