1. Combine first 4 ingredients; rub over roast.
Place roast, fat side up, in roasting pan. Dot with butter.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. for 1-3/4 to 3 hours or until meat reaches desired doneness.(for medium-rare, it should read 145 F.; medium 145 F. and 160 F. for well done. Let stand 10 to15 minutes before carving.
