Brown the beef. Add the garlic, onion and peppers. Cook until soft. 2. Toss in the raisins, bay leaves and olives. Add the broth and bring to a boil. 3. Add the rice, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Toss with the beef mixture. Serve warm. Serves 6-8
