    3/4 pound ground beef

    1 tablespoon chili powder

    1 can Campbell’s Beefy Mushroom Soup

    1/4 cup water

    1 (14-1/2 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, cut up

    1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

    3/4 cup uncooked Minute White Rice

    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    Tortilla chips

    Recipe



    1. Cook beef with chili powder in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.

    2. Stir in soup, water, tomatoes and beans. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

    3. Stir in rice. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Top with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.

    Serves 4
