    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground chuck
    2 teaspoons cornstarch

    1/3 cup water

    1/3 cup teriyaki sauce

    1 (8-ounce) can bamboo shoots, drained

    1 (4-ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

    4 green onions, sliced

    1 tablespoon sesame seeds

    1 teaspoon ground ginger

    Hot cooked white rice

    Recipe



    1. Brown ground chuck in a large skillet; drain well

    2. Combine cornstarch, water and teriyaki sauce, stirring well. Add cornstarch mixture and remaining ingredients, except rice, to meat, stirring well. Cover, cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    3. Spoon over hot cooked white rice.

    Serves 4
