    2 ham steaks (1-1/2 inch thick)

    2 teaspoons dry mustard

    2 tablespoons cider vinegar

    1/2 cup maple syrup

    Recipe



    1. Cut rind from ham. Combine remaining ingredients and rub well into both steaks.

    2. Place the steaks and liquid in a pan and bake uncovered in a 350 degrees F. oven for 30 minutes.
