    Recipe Introduction


    NOTE: If using a pie plate, 9 x 1-1/4 inches, decrease milk to 1-1/2 cups, baking mix to 3/4 cup and eggs to 3.

    List of Ingredients




    12 slices bacon, crumbled

    1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

    1/3 cup chopped onions

    2 cups milk

    1 cup Bisquick baking mix

    4 eggs

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10-inch quiche dish or pie plate. (See note)

    2. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate.

    3. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate.

    4. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

    Serves 6
