Remove chops; Set aside. 2. Add brandy, garlic, onion, applesauce, flour and mustard to skillet; cook 3 minutes. Stir in sour cream with a wire whisk. 3. Return chops to skillet; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until chops are tender. 4. Serve pork chops with applesauce cream over hot buttered noodles. Garnish each pork chop with an apple wedge, if desired. Serves 4
