    1/2 tablespoon oil

    4 pork chops

    1 large onion, sliced

    1 green bell pepper, sliced

    1 large can tomatoes with juice

    Recipe



    1. Fry pork chops lightly in oil for 3 minutes.

    2. Arrange chops in a lightly greased casserole dish. Place onion and pepper slices over each chop. Pour tomatoes and juice over the pork chops.

    3. Cover with foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.

    Serves 4
