    List of Ingredients




    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/2 teaspoon paprika

    1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves or dried thyme leaves, crushed

    4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick

    1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil

    1 medium onion, sliced

    1 (10-3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

    1/4 cup milk

    Hot cooked rice


    Recipe



    1. Mix garlic, paprika and basil. Coat chops with seasoning mixture.

    2. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned. Remove chops.

    3. Add onion and cook until tender.

    4. Add soup and milk. Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.

    Serves 4
