1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons brown sugar
6 bone-in, center-cut pork chops
Recipe
In large plastic zip-top bag, combine honey, mustard and brown sugar. Add chops, seal and turn to coat. Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
Heat grill or broiler to medium-high. Place chops directly on grill or on rack set in broiler pan. Cook, for 20 minutes, or until chops are no longer pink, turning once, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade. Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
