    1 (10-3/4 ounce) can Campbell’s Tomato Soup

    1 cup water

    1 cup frozen whole kernel corn

    3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice

    1/2 teaspoon onion powder

    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed

    4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick

    Recipe



    1. Mix soup, water, rice, onion, pepper and 1/4 teaspoon thyme in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with chops. Sprinkle with additional pepper and remaining thyme. Cover.

    2. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until done.

    Serves 4
