    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    4 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick

    1 (10-3/4 ounce) can tomato soup

    1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

    2 tablespoons vinegar

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    4 cups hot cooked rice

    Recipe



    1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.

    2. Add soup, sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to a boil.

    3. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.

    Serves 4.
