    6 to 8 pork chops

    Salt and pepper to taste

    1/2 box pitted prunes

    1 (14-ounce) bottle catsup

    2 sliced onions

    Recipe



    1. Flour and brown chops in shortening.

    2. Layer in casserole with onions and prunes. Pour catsup over all.

    3. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F. for 1-1/2 hours.

    Serves 6
