1-1/2 cups bottled or homemade sweet and sour sauce
3 cups cooked rice
Recipe
1. Brown the Spam slices in margarine. Saute the green pepper, drained pineapple and onion until partially cooked, about 4 minutes. Add orange sections. Saute about 2 minutes longer until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat.
2. In a saucepan, heat the sweet and sour sauce, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Add the fruits and vegetables and meat. Simmer until hot. Serve over rice.
