    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup flour

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    2 tablespoons butter


    10 mushrooms, sliced

    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips

    1 small red onion, sliced and separated

    3 tablespoons butter

    4 slices veal cutlet, pounded thin

    3/4 cup chicken broth

    1/2 cup condensed cream of chicken soup





    Recipe



    1. Combine flour and seasonings.

    2. Saute vegetables in 2 tablespoons butter until crisp-tender. Remove vegetables from skillet.

    3. Add 3 tablespoons butter and while it is melting, dredge veal slices in flour mixture; then cook in butter over medium heat until browned on both sides. Remove veal to serving platter.

    4. Return vegetables to the skillet and simmer until heated. Serve with veal.

    Serves 4
