Macaroni Bake

List of Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 2 cups (8 -ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Chili powder
Instructions
- Cook the elbows. Melt the butter in a Dutch oven. Add the onion and peppers and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until crisp tender. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the cheese, soup and sour cream. Add the cooked macaroni.
- Spoon into a shallow 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with chili powder.
- Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes.
