4 skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 envelope onion soup mix
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
3/8 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a small bowl, combine marmalade, onion soup mix, green pepper, soy sauce, orange juice and Italian dressing.
3. Spray large pan or baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in pan and pour sauce over the top.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40-45 minutes.
