    List of Ingredients




    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    1 can (10-3/4 ounce) Campbell's Tomato Soup

    1-3/4 cups water

    1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed

    1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice

    2 cups frozen mixed vegetables



    Recipe



    1. Season chicken with 1/4 teaspoon garlic.

    2. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.

    3. Add soup, water, oregano and remaining garlic. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

    4. Add vegetables and chicken. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and rice is done.

    Serves 4
