4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 large bunch broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Recipe
Boil chicken breasts and cut into bite size pieces. Parboil broccoli in chicken water. Cut into bite size pieces. Mix together soups, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. (may use low fat ingredients) layer broccoli, chicken and soup mixture, alternating layers in a greased baking dish. Brown bread crumbs in butter or margarine and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until hot. Serve over buttered egg noodles and with a salad.
