1. Mix together the flour, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet. Dredge the chicken pieces in the seasoned flour. Add to the hot oil and brown on both sides. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
3. Add the potato wedges and brown on both sides. Top the potatoes with the chicken. Pour the wine over the chicken.
4. Bake in a 375 degrees F. oven, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is tender.
