1. Coat chicken with flour. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; add chicken. Cook until chicken is lightly browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Turn chicken over; cook until lightly browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove chicken; set aside.
2. Add teriyaki marinade and sauce, lemon juice, garlic and sugar to skillet, stirring to combine.
3. Return chicken to pan; simmer 3 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve over rice.
