1. In a 1 gallon zip-top baggie, mix bread crumbs, milk powder, chili powder,
garlic powder and dry mustard; set aside.
2. Pour milk into a small bowl. Dip chicken pieces in milk, then place in bag and shake to coat.
3. Place chicken, bone side down, in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan prepared with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F. for 50 to 55 minutes or until juices run clear.
