    1 (16-ounce) box vermicelli pasta

    1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup

    1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

    3 tablespoons soy sauce

    2 tablespoons lime juice

    2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

    1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

    1 (6-ounce) package cooked chicken strips, grilled or teriyaki flavor (1-1/2 cups)

    2 cups prepared coleslaw mix

    2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)

    1/3 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts

    Recipe



    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

    2. Mix soup, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and red pepper in skillet. Heat to a boil.

    3. Add chicken and heat through. Remove from heat.

    4. Add drained pasta and coleslaw mix. Toss to coat. Garnish with cilantro and peanuts. Serve with chicken.

    Serves 6.
