    Tomato-Topped Chicken w/Stuffing

    5 cups Pepperidge Farm Cubed Herb Seasoned Stuffing

    6 tablespoons melted butter or margarine, divided

    1-1/4 cups boiling water

    4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

    1 can (10-3/4 ounce) cream of chicken soup

    1/3 cup milk

    1 medium tomato, sliced

    Recipe



    1. Crush 1 cup stuffing. Mix with 2 tablespoons butter for topping.

    2. Mix remaining stuffing, remaining butter and water. Mix lightly. Spoon into a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken.

    3. Mix soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Top with tomato and sprinkle with topping.

    4. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 min. or until done.

    Serves 4 to 6.
