Saut� onion, green pepper, and celery in butter in a large skillet until vegetables are tender. 2. Add rice; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until rice is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients; stirring well. 3. Pour into a lightly greased 1-1/2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350� F. for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serve warm. Serves 4
