    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup chopped onion

    2 tablespoons green bell pepper, chopped

    2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally

    2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

    1 cup regular rice, uncooked

    1-1/2 cups water

    1/2 cup white wine

    2 teaspoons chicken-flavored bouillon granules

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    1. Sauté onion, green pepper, and celery in butter in a large skillet until vegetables are tender.

    2. Add rice; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until rice is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients; stirring well.

    3. Pour into a lightly greased 1-1/2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350° F. for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serve warm.

    Serves 4
