    Onion-Mushroom Rice Bake

    1 stick butter
    1 6-oz. jar mushrooms (optional)
    2 cans French onion soup
    2 cans broth
    2 cups fast-cooking rice

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    In a large pot, melt butter. Add mushrooms.

    Add 2 cans of French onion soup and 2 cans of broth. Bring to a boil.

    Add 2 cups of fast-cooking rice and stir.

    Place in a casserole dish, cover and bake in a 425 degree oven for 45 minutes.

    Serves 6
