2 cups long grain rice, uncooked (not minute rice)
3 cups water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 to 3 cups cooked and chopped beef, pork, chicken or turkey (I use pork but the meat is optional. This recipe will work without the meat.)
