Combine oil, lemon juice, sugar, mustard and salt in a small mixing bowl, stirring well; add bacon, stirring well. 2. Arrange asparagus spears on spinach-lined salad plates. Spoon dressing over asparagus; sprinkle with hard-cooked egg. Serves 6
