1. Soften gelatin in 3/4 cup tomato juice in a medium saucepan. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat.
2. Add remaining 1 cup tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco; stir well. Pour into 6 lightly oiled 1/3 cup ring molds; chill until set.
3. Turn molds onto 6 individual serving salad plates lined with lettuce; dollop with mayonnaise.
