Salad Dressing, Creamy Garlic
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Recipe
In a bowl or glass measuring cup, beat the mayonnaise and yogurt together until smooth.
Beat in the garlic, mustard and lemon juice until blended. Cover and chill until ready to use, up to 4 days.
Makes about 1 cup.
