Peel the onions and cut into thin slices. Lay the slices in a dish in an attractive design. 2. Mix together the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Taste and correct the seasoning as needed. 3. Pour the dressing over the onions and sprinkle them with parsley and chives. Serves 6
