    List of Ingredients




    2 cups cooked rice, chilled

    3/4 cup diced celery

    1/3 cup green bell pepper, diced

    1 medium tomato, diced

    2 tablespoons chopped onion

    1/3 cup mayonnaise

    2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard

    1 tablespoon commercial creamy garlic salad dressing

    Recipe



    1. Combine rice, celery, green pepper, tomato, and onion; toss lightly.

    2. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and dressing. Pour over rice mixture; toss lightly.

    3. Pack mixture into a lightly oiled 3-1/2 cup mold. Chill overnight.

    4. To serve, unmold onto a lettuce-lined platter.

    Serves 4
