    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup oil

    1/2 cup half and half

    1 egg, lightly beaten

    1 garlic clove, minced

    5 tablespoons tarragon vinegar

    2 tablespoons salad oil

    2 teaspoons salt

    1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper

    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

    1/4 teaspoon sugar

    Juice of 1/2 lemon

    Recipe



    1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well.

    2. Refrigerate. Shake again before using.

    Yields 1-1/2 cups
