In a small bowl, with an electric mixer, beat well the yolks, mustard and salt. 2. Beat in oil in a slow thin stream until mayonnaise is thick and smooth. 3. Slowly beat in vinegar until mayonnaise is creamy. 4. Season with pepper; fold in parsley and chives. 5.
