    1 clove garlic, minced

    1 teaspoon sugar

    Grated rind of 1 lemon

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    1/4 teaspoon paprika

    3 tablespoons lemon juice

    3 tablespoons sour cream

    1/2 cup oil

    Recipe



    1. Blend all ingredients for 15 seconds.

    2. Toss with spinach or other salad greens and serve.
