Salad Dressing, No-Fuss Yogurt

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons buttermilk
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill or 1/4 teaspoon dried
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
1. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt buttermilk and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
2. Place in a serving bowl and serve immediately. Or, to prepare in advance, cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator for up to 4 days. Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well to blend before serving.
