Pare the potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes. Cook in salted water until just tender. 2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl; add the potatoes. 3. Toss, cover and refrigerate. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving. 4. To serve, line a large salad bowl with red leaf lettuce. Spoon salad into bowl. Garnish with anchovies, eggs and tomatoes. Serves 6
