Tuna-Stuffed Shells
List of Ingredients
10 jumbo pasta shells (cooked & cooled)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
2 (6 ounces each) cans tuna, drained
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup each: sliced green onion, diced green pepper, shredded carrot
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Red onion, sliced
Lettuce leaves
CREAMY CELERY SEED DRESSING:
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon onion powder
Recipe
1. Combine mayonnaise and sugar. Add tuna, celery, green onion, green pepper and shredded carrot.
2. Fill shells with mixture. Place filled shells onto lettuce leaves with sliced red onion.
3. Combine all dressing ingredients; mix well and drizzle over shells.
