    1 egg yolk

    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    2 tablespoons lemon juice

    1 cup olive oil

    1-1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced


    Recipe



    1. Add the egg yolk, mustard, salt and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor.

    2. With the processor running, slowly add the olive oil. Add the garlic and pulse a few times.

    3. Use immediately or refrigerate. Serve this chilled garlic sauce with fish or vegetables.

    Makes about 1-1/2 cups
