    List of Ingredients




    1 (4-1/4-ounce) can chopped ripe olives, drained

    1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained

    1 large tomato, chopped

    1 bunch green onions, chopped

    2/3 cup white vinegar

    1/3 cup vegetable oil

    1 tablespoon sugar

    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

    Tortilla chips

    Recipe



    1. Combine olives, chilies, tomato and green onions in a medium bowl.

    2. Combine vinegar and next 4 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables.

    3. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Drain salsa, and serve with tortilla chips.

    Yields 2 cups
