1. Stir sour cream, powdered sugar, and lemon juice together. Cover and chill in refrigerator.
2. This can be mixed with fresh raspberries or any other fruit, or with strawberry or any other jelly. When the basic recipe is changed, adjust lemon juice (thick or thin consistency) or adjust sugar for sweetness to taste.
