    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    1/2 cup milk

    1/2 cup Cheddar or American cheese, shredded or grated Parmesan or crumbled blue cheese

    Recipe



    1. Stir all ingredients together in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until heated.

    2. Serve over hot vegetables or fish. Try Cheddar or American on asparagus, blue cheese on fried fish, Parmesan on zucchini.

    Yields about 1 cup
