    Green Sauce for Spagettini

    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons whole basil leaves, chopped
    2 tablespoons parsley flakes
    1/4 cup soft butter
    1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup olive oil or salad oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    2/3 cup boiling water

    Recipe

    1. Add basil and parsley to butter.

    2. Blend in cream cheese, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic and pepper. Stir in boiling water. Blend well

    3. Serve over 8-10 ounces hot, extra fine spaghettini.

    Serves 6
