    2 cups rhubarb, chopped fine

    2 cups onion, chopped fine

    2-1/4 cups packed brown sugar

    1 cup vinegar

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    1/2 teaspoon allspice

    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

    1/4 teaspoon pepper


    Recipe



    1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat for 30
    minutes, or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

    2. Cool and store in the refrigerator
